Cancellation policy for individual registration & reservations:
All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail or e-mail) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions and reimbursement (will be processed AFTER the Congress):
– Up to April 30, 2016: 50€ cancellation fee will be withheld for administrative fee,
– After April 30, 2016 no refund will be possible
If unable to attend, a colleague may attend in your place. Please send written instructions for this. Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
Cancellations made after a failed visa application:
No exception will be made to the cancellation/refund policy for registrants unable to obtain a travel Visa. Obtaining a travel Visa is the responsibility of the registrant. We will assist by providing a letter of confirmation for participant with accepted paper or poster but we are not an authority on Visa issues, nor can we help with expediting the Visa process.
To avoid disappointment please ensure you start applying for your Visa well in advance (lead time 12-15 weeks).
